Work experience:

  • Experience in HR and recruiting for product IT companies, successful experience in building HR processes.
  • Knowledge of English at the Advanced+ level.

Responsibilities:

  • Participation and development of HR strategy to achieve business goals.
  • Development and implementation of HR processes.
  • Recruiting and adaptation (onboarding).
  • Creation of a comprehensive personnel training system (external, internal, development of distance learning programs, creation of training programs).
  • Creation and implementation of an assessment system for different categories of personnel (design of a competency system).
  • Creation and implementation of bonus policies.
  • Motivation – development and implementation of a reward system, organization and holding of corporate events.
  • Organization and conduct of 1:1 meetings.
  • Analysis of the labour market for the level of wages.
  • Personnel administration + HR.
  • Planning and budgeting personnel costs.
